Akebono has established training facility
and methodology to train its employees. It has adopted a unique
approach for training of its existing technical staff and fresh
recruits. It focuses on offering hands-on exercises based training
in its focus areas as per the requirement.

The different types of trainings
are as follows -

| Entry-level
training |
Entry-level training is conducted for the fresh
recruits from the colleges / institutions. This is mainly to develop
these people with the skills required for the projects.

During this training, the participants develop small
projects, designed by the project mentor.

| Need
based training |
Need based training is conducted for the experienced
technical staff as per the requirement for any particular skill
/ knowledge. The in-house faculty or external faculty conducts
this training program.

In some cases, the people are sent to the institutes
for acquiring the required skills / knowledge.
|
|
| Organizational
level training |
This training is conducted for all the employees
of AST. This is mainly to create awareness in all the employees
regarding the quality systems, best working practices, sharing
the knowledge.
