Akebono provides training in several
current and growing technologies. The capabilities and skills of
its people are continuously upgraded thru' the various training
programs.
Its training focuses on hands-on project work, instead
of classroom explanation. Akebono has set-up a detailed process
for training of new recruits (freshers and experienced) as well
as its existing staff.
Japanese Language Training - The identified
technical staff undergoes various Japanese training programs, which
will help them living in Japan, working with Japanese staff etc.
The training programs are designed in such a way that they mainly
focus on the business aspects of the language proficiency.
