AST takes fresh graduates / post-graduates from reputed colleges / institutions for entry levels and experienced professionals for various middle & senior levels from reputed companies. AST always looks for people who possess an ideal mix of technical and analytical skills, adaptability and willingness to learn.

Entry-level

AST takes entry-level people from reputed colleges / institutions and employee referrals. These people pass thru' a written test and a personal interview, before being offered employment.

These entry-level people undergo training for 3 calendar months in the skills required for the projects. On completion of training, they are included in the live projects as buffer members to have 'on job' training for 3 calendar months.

The successful completion of training and 'on job' training make the entry-level people confident and professional in the respective technologies and execution processes.

Experienced

AST recruits experienced people by screening the resumes available from various sources like Job portals databases and employee referrals as per its requirements.

The short-listed candidates are called for interviews, which consist of HR & Technical interviews. Conduct & behavior of the successful candidates will be verified from the references provided.
