Worked with Japanese in several projects for the past 28 years. Participated in projects worth USD 1 billion in countries like China, Hong Kong, Indonesia & Iraq.

He has been actively involved in the activities ranging from - Engineering & project consultancy services (Presently engaged in providing services to Srisailam Left Bank Hydro Power Project and Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC)), Sales Support to Japanese companies, Procurement services to Japanese companies, Export development service to India companies & Tie-ups between Japanese and Indian companies.

Mr. G N Rao, an IITian has worked with major Information technology corporate in various capacities. Mr. Rao in his previous stint in Satyam Computer Services Ltd., Hyderabad has worked for 10 years.

He has over 21 years experience in IT, covering areas like Telecom, Man-Machine Interfaces, B2B Portal Development, Web Applications Development with Microsoft technologies as well as Sun-Java technologies and Manufacturing Applications. He has extensive experience in all the stages of development life cycle as well as business development function. He implemented a big Materials Management and Accounts Payables system on Unix, C & Oracle for Telco, Pune.

He has extensive experience in both product development / management as well as project execution/ management. At Satyam Computer Services Ltd. he has managed large size teams comprising of Software Engineers, Designers, Project Leaders & Project Managers involving in offshore development. He did interfacing with several clients from USA, Japan & Europe and has played a vital role in setting-up several offshore Development Centers (ODC) for overseas clients.

Mr. K. Nagaraj, Chartered Accountant with over 20 years experience. He is one of the Promoter Director of Asa Bhanu Group. He had earlier worked with (i) BPL Engineering Ltd., as Manager(Finance & Accounts), Compressor Division and (ii) Sagar Cements Ltd., as Chief Manager (Finance & Accounts). He has professional experience in Finance/Commercial functions, Project Management and MIS.
